The Organizational Exec is responsible to set up and remove leaders in the organization that should have access to all the Ministry Leader and Church information for the organization.  This UserID and password are for that person only and should not be given to others.  The idea is that this person has the power to grant and remove permission for access to the organizational information.  This password can only be changed by Ministry Placement Network.
